Adrian was waltzing through the harbour, whistling and twirling his dagger in one hand. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood down, a pair of black carpenters trousers with lots of pockets and a pair of safety shoes with a layer of steel in the tips. He didn't wear his true face much these days, since the demons had started coming out of the woodwork it hadn't been necessary. He had been forced to break the facade to protect Mother and Father, and it seemed they'd come somewhat to grips with what their son had become. But he was fairly sure that was only because they didn't know about the murders. "Oooh Twiggles, Mr. Tweeeeguuuuuls!" He called out, as though calling the name of a lost pet. Somewhere in the shadows nearby, a human, his target, squirmed and tried to crawl away. Adrian grinned widely, scenting his fear so clearly. Killing demons was all good and fun, but sometimes the human herd needed a little culling, and he was simply doing what he did best. Cutting out the rot.
"Now now, don't be so silly!" He laughed, continuing to waltz down the the path his prey had taken, feeling the sun on his face and enjoying it for the first time since he had been a kid. "We both know that there's no escape for you. Come on out and I promise to make it quick for you." He wanted names, but he would have those in due time. Right now, he wanted to rid the world of yet another pestilent tick, sucking out the life-blood of the people around it and filling their lives with poisons, poisons like heroin and crystal meta-amphetamines. He felt a movement behind him and to the left, spinning around just in time to divert the force of his opponent's surprise attack and smash the improvised club into the side of the wielder's knee. The attacker howled in pain and fell to ground, clutching the leg that would never again support his weight. Not that there's any shortage of weight to support, Adrian thought to himself, smiling as he looked down on the mewling form of his next kill. "Don't worry." He murmured, his smile taking on just a little warmth. "I'll show you mercy."
The blade had penetrated in the center of the cockroach's rib-cage, severing several major arteries and the target had bled out within seconds. "There child, rest now. I hope your failures in this life will serve as lessons in the next." After scouring the corpse for things of value and wiping off the blood in the man's clothing Adrian turned to walk away. The sun would set soon, and even if there were no demons around right now, they were sure to emerge after the sun had set. That was when he felt another presence, someone watching from hiding. He tensed, his fingers wrapping tightly around the dagger in his hand. "Enjoying the show?" He asked loudly, folding the prey's note individually before depositing them in his pocket. Had it been a demon it would probably have attacked by now. He could be in big trouble. "Why don't you come out and join the fun?" If there was going to be a fight, he was ready.

Angel's first instinct which was always her first instinct was to call for help as she watched the familier looking hooded figure turn into her direction. However, that turned out to be a problem at this time for when Angel reached inside her purse her cell phone didn't seem to be something she had.
" Roman " She groaned realizing that the cell phone was probably left back at the castle with Roman in Mallet Island. Immidiately Angel put a hand over her mouth, as if that would help, if the guy had already heard her she was done for.
Angel sighed deeply and walked out of her cloak of trees which she had been hiding in, " What are you talking about?" She asked sweetly trying hard to make out who the face belonged to, she swore she heard the voice before, school maybe?
Angel bravely stepped closer to the voice and sighed with relief, she did recognize this guy from school, he wouldn't have done what he did unless he was provoked she thought hopefully, " I got lost." She said hoping to sound oblivious to the fact that she had just witnessed Adrian murder someone, " I was just....." Her voice faltered, she probably should leave out some details about where she had been, not everyone needed to know about what she had been doing, " I was just out for a walk."

Adrian looked at her for a few seconds, then began to laugh, deeply and heartedly. "Listen to yourself." He chuckled, wiping an imaginary tear of laughter from his cheek. "Like anyone wanders out here without reason. That one-" He indicated the body and te sorrounding bloodpool behind him with a casual wave of his hand, "Was trying to escape his fate. He'd chosen the fast track and apparently he'd enjoyed, but when the time came to pay the piper, he ran out here." There was something familiar about her, but he tried not to look at her too hard. It made things... complicated. "In case you're wondering, he was nothing but a lowly pusher, selling false dreams to those in desperate need of reality. Don't tell me you sympathise with such scum." He slid the dagger into its sheath, but it was a move of misdirection. That knife could be in his hand and strike in a heartbeat.
"So, why're you out here? And please, don't insult my intelligence any further, I have a very low tolerance for that sort of thing." He knew he had seen her somewhere, but for the life of him he couldn't make it out. This could mean that she was a threat, but he just didn't get that vibe from either her nor his half-buried memory. But of course, the absence of evidence was not the evidence of absence.

If there was one thing Angel was good at, it was shifting around a conversation, however it didn't seem to be in this case, " Seriously," she started this time keeping her voice steady, " I was lost, I was up at Mallet Island with a... friend, I lost track of time, thought I'd take a shortcut home and ended up here." She said as she nervously watched Adrian put the dagger away.
Angel looked at Adrian, studdying his face some more, what had he ment by the now deceased man selling false dreams? She wondered.
" You go to school around here?" She asked hoping to smooth things out with Adrian, nervous of the aura surrounding him, " I swear I've seen you there."

She persisted in her story, and Adrian decided to let it lie. Now was not the time to get riled up over little things. Then she revealed the origin of his memory and he lightened up just a little bit. "Oh yeah, that's right." He chuckled at his own misinterpretation of his memories, keeping his hand close to the dagger in its sheath. If she recognized him it could be trouble. He'd have to make a call quickly, he did not want to get found out, but killing someone without proof of weakness simply because she'd had the bad luck of stumbling upon one of his blunders... it didn't feel right. "You're... Angel, aren't you? I think you sit behind me in Psy-cho-lo-gy?" He spoke the word psychology syllable by syllable, unsure of the truth of it. Psychology was his favorite subject of all, and he hoped to make advances in that field one day himself. Perhaps with the right aid and treatment, man could learn to exalt his own strength instead of wallowing in petty weakness.
"Look, I'm sorry if I scared you but I really didn't expect to run into anyone I knew out here. This is demon territory, you know, it's not safe." He hoped she wouldn't question his own presence in this area that he deemed oh-so-dangerous, he didn't want have his hand forced. "Can we just forget about that guy? He was just pusher, selling drugs to people in the city. People have enough shit to deal with without concerning ourselves with empty-eyed junkies breaking into our homes and crime turning this place into what LA used to be. Can it jus be our little secret?" He didn't want to end her, she'd given him no reason yet, even if the special pressure she put on the word 'friend' could mean that she was just yet another slave to her most animalistic instincts. Don't make me hurt you, not yet, not before I have proof. He could throw the dagger if needed to, and he was quite sure it would find its target, but right now he'd rather not know.

Angel smiled at Adrian, this time it was more of a warm genuine smile, " Look, if there's one thing I've learned about this place it's mind your own business and don't bug anyone in it, so, yes, your secret's safe with me." She promised Adrian remembering when she herself had killed her best friend Alison, however she had brought Alison back to life with unnatural forces, but it was all the same she figured.
" You're right anyway." She said looking at the dead man behind Adrian, " We really don't need drugs and stuff around here, the towns messed as it is."
Not knowing why, Angel stared at the body lying on the ground, her will focusing on it and in an instent it disappeared from the spot where it had once been laying. She didn't know why but she had an urge to help Adrian out on this one.
" There, no more dead guy." She said her smile widening at this, " Can we keep that a secret?" She asked not wanting to anyone know about her own powers.

There was a disarming quality to her smile, and Adrian felt his fingers relax. She seemed to be telling the truth, but could he trust that? For all their talk of wanting to make the world a better place to be, most people got all squeamish when they saw you step on a bug the world was better off without. Though, she didn't seem all the afraid, and amybe that was what bothered him, the feeling that he might not be in as much control of the situation as he thought, and without control, you were vulnerable.
She looked behind him intently for a moment, Adrian reaction per reflex, spinning around to a low crouching position with his dagger in his hand, he saw the corpse fade to nothingness, and thus the proof of his act. He got back up and sheathed his weapon. He looked at her dumbfounded for a few moments before her question reached his brain, then he laughed. He had laughed a lot today, it had been one of the better ones. "Yeah, sounds fair. So uhh, how about I buy you a cup of coffee and we forget that we were ever here?" He told himself it was ensure her silence, and for a moment he believed it. Besides, mom and dad were always saying that he should make new friends. They seemed oblivious to the kind of people that people were. "There's a nice little place not too far from here. Besides, this is not really a place I want to stay in for too long, demons and all." He came here to loot and pratice every once in a while, but hinting demons were just not all that fun compared to stepping on cockroaches. Or, at least, fun in a completely different way.

Angel stepped closer to Adrian, " That sounds nice." she said as her face blushed a little, anyone else would have probably screamed and ran away from what she just did, it was good to have someone who would understand her, like she could understand him.
Angel took one last look around her hoping that maybe in the first initial shock of what she had seen than maybe she dropped her cell phone, however it wasn't there and although she couldn't see it anymore she looked up over in the direction of Mallet Island where contained in the castle walls were Alison, and Roman and briefly wondered when she would make it up to see the two of them again.
She shook her head and went and stood beside Adrian, in this town it was really nice for someone to only want to go out for coffee.

Her blush, it was... distracting, and so he locked it away. There was something over her entire body language that seemed odd to him, but he also couldn't shake the feeling of how different her reaction had een to his expectation had been of, well, ANYBODY's reaction. He felt the mask slip and immediately reasserted control over it. He needed coffee, as little as he slept, to keep himself going. Then again, since the demons had attacked he'd found that he needed less and less sleep. Sometimes he'd get as much as six hours, other times hed wake up after three or four, feeling fully rested. He had scheduled and appointment with the new doctor to check for any tumours that could be affecting his brain or adrenaline flow.
All these thoughts he let flood his mind, but they barely took the edge of how close she was standing to him. "Let's get going, then." He felt odd, the strict discipline inside feeling... softer, things leaking through were they weren't supposed to. "And let's be quick about it, yeah? I'd rather not run into any demons out here." He made the mistake of meeting her eyes, and felt the corners of his mouth curl upwards, unbidden. Something shifted inside. "Don't worry, I don't think we're very likely to run into those." For some reason, he didn't want to scare her right now. He shook his head to clear it, the began walking without another word. He needed some coffee.

Icarus had been wandering the harbor trying to find a boat, until he heard some screams, splats, and a screech. He dashed torwards the horrific sounds to see a demon, that looked like a skeloton inside a metal casing, slaughtering a man, and his, what looked like lover; with 3 other skeloton things. Icarus drew Thunder and Lightening; his duel .305 handguns. He fired reapeatadly 'til he reached the masacre, and drew his broadsword, called Merciless and with a few swipes, and a spining kick, the demons were killed. Icarus sheathed his weapons, examining the bodies, before seeing a pendant with a yellow stone in it. with 2 empty slots, one shapedlike a crescent moon, the other like a tear drop. He took it and placed it on his neck, immediatley feeling his demonic powers grow. with that he began to trek through the harbor, searching for a clue to lead him to the remains of a demon that was a genral under mundas. He was searching for the remains of Arkham Attachments:
