Looking For A Rest

[Tiffany]

Tiffany walked in the corridors of the creepy old castle that Roman now owned. Killing nonstop since her arrival at this realm had made her tired and she was looking for a room to rest for a while. She could feel her friend's presence somewhere in the big place, along with some... Human girls? What're you up to now, you pimp? Tiffany chuckled and decided to make some girl talk with him later.
After wandering around for a while, she found an empty bedroom. It was larger, cleaner and better decorated than the other ones she'd seen on the way; more than nice for her to use. As she entered and closed the door, she felt a warmth in the air; not uncomfortable, but unnatural near the general coldness of the castle. Roman must have stayed here at least once. She couldn't think of any other explanation.
Tiffany took off her leather boots and lied on the large bed. She imagined the time that she would finally meet Dante, imagined herself fighting him and killing him. Then she thought of all those innocents she'd killed to attract him. She'd decreased the town's population just for one person, but was it really worth it? All the lives she took, the fear she'd seen in those humans' eyes...Whatever. I'm a demon and demons are meant to slaughter.
With that she turned and drifted off to sleep.

[Roman]

Roman walked slowly down the hallway keeping his eyes open for any sight of his eldest brother whilst thinking of ways to keep him away form the corridor of the castle where he was keeping Angel and Alison hidden away.

He stopped and peaked inside of the room where he noticed Tiffany was sleeping and walked in hesitantly, making his way across the room.

Roman gently shook Tiffany to wake her up. " Hey." He said softly, " Hey Tiffany wake up." He said figuring he'd take the time to at least catch up with his friend while keeping alert for Liam.

[Tiffany]

Tiffany parted her eyes slightly. "Hey there." She mumbled and sat up into the bed. "How's everything going?"
She realized that Roman looked tense as he sat near her, and his senses were all on alert as if he was expecting a danger. "You look pale... Is it about those humans you have here?"
As Tiffany leaned in to listen, she felt the intense scent of a human on Roman. She chuckled quietly. "Having fun aren't you? You should be careful; it's safe with me but the demonic authorities might not like it if they hear you're playing around with human girls... What do you think of doing now?"

[Roman]

Roman shrugged, Liam was closer he could feel it, " I dunno, " He replied, his tone full of paranoia, " The demonic authorities I can handle, Liam on the other hand....." His voice trailed, he could hear the loud echo of boots on the cold concrete floor, " I gotta think of something to tell him." He said trying to think quickly.

Roman looked at the open door, expecting to see his elder brother walk through at any minute. " What do ya think I should say?" He asked, " I guess I could tell him they're prisoners." He continued to stare anxiously at the door, there was a lot of things he could handle, Liam's temper however was not one of them.

[Tiffany]

Tiffany too, could now hear approaching footsteps and feel the heat spreading through the corridor. She glanced at her friend who seemed to be turning paler and paler every second. It was kind of funny to see such a strong demon like him becoming a little child in his big brother's presence. Tiffany put her hand on his shoulder to comfort him. "It'll be okay." She said. "Go on and tell him you're holding them here to examine their interesting powers." Which I think has truth in it. "Try to be calm."

[Liam]

Liam strode down the corridors, the back of his long black trench flowing easily behind him. He looked around the castle, he could feel an odd presence, and in the distance he could hear his brother and Roman's friend Tiffany muttering in one of the rooms.

Liam shook his head as he chuckled to himself. He was getting closer to the room and could see the door way where he knew they were sitting in talking, " Boo." He chuckled jokingly again, but right away his voice turned serious as he seen the look on Roman's pale face. " What's up with you?" He asked with concern for his little brother looking from Roman to Tiffany for answers.

[Roman]

" I have some human girls here." Roman blurted out looking into the surprisingly concerned eyes of his eldest brother, " They have power bro." He said, leaving out the fact that he just slept with one of them.

He waited for his brother to come back with something like he always did, but instead was surprised to see Liam's eyes glued on Tiffany.

Roman looked from Tiffany to Liam and then back again. He nervously ran a hand through his hair and then got up, " Well, I'll leave it at that." He chuckled and then headed for the door, once he got there he looked back at Tiffany and winked, " Later then." He said rushing away not believing his luck.

[Tiffany]

Tiffany smiled nervously after Roman who had managed to get out of this... Leaving his friend with the "fire." Her eyes met Liam's who was still standing at the door like that, staring at her as if watching a really interesting thing. There was an awkward silence and the room started to feel too hot, but Tiffany knew she had no chance of getting out while a big fire demon was blocking the way. Though being the good friend she was, she thought it would be wise to occupy Liam until Roman take care of hiding the humans. "Hello." Tiffany said nervously, trying to smile and be calm. Roman was right after all; it was somehow hard to be calm in his big brother's presence.

[Liam]

Liam chuckled as he watched his brother leave the room, " Way to go Roman." He called after him turning back to Tiffany, " I must have been to hard on him earlier, I told him not to go messing around with the humans but that was before I had the time to think about things."

Liam walked over to the bed and sat down next to Tiffany, " You see, I didn't think it would be wise of Roman to go flaunting his powers around. You know, we don't want to be discovered.... Well you do." Liam chuckled again but stopped as he got closer to Tiffany, " You know what they say don't you?" He asked inhaling the sweet scent coming from Tiffany's neck, " All business no pleasure makes the time awfully boring."

Liam continued inhaling the scent coming from Tiffany, he couldn't help but notice how tense she was sitting next to him. " What is it with you two?" He said suddenly " You, Roman. Am I that scary to a couple of demons?" Liam pulled away for a moment to look Tiffany in the eyes. " You'd almost think you were a couple of humans." He chuckled softly looking at the demon sitting next to him.

[Tiffany]

Tiffany was blushing due to the closeness and Liam's hot breath hitting her face, but she suddenly got annoyed by being compared with a human. "Nothing's up with us." She said, glaring away. "You're not that scary at all... Yet I can even lie down," she lied down onto the bed, "and sleep while you're here."
Okay this is daring. But she didn't want to seem tense anymore, she was fed up with being mocked. She turned her back to him on the bed but could still feel his piercing gaze on her and his heat increasing.

[Liam]

Cute. Liam thought to himself as he watched Tiffany, then suddenly for no reason at all he blurted out, " Mind if I sleep with you?"

Liam watched as Tiffany turned around and looked at him, " I mean this is my room and all." He said chuckling at the look in Tiffany's eyes, " But if you want to sleep here that's fine." He added quickly not wanting to get on Tiffany's bad side, " I like you." He said finally, " You killed all those people in town and you're sleeping." Liam " And from what I heard Dante was looking for you in the Opera House today, him and that Skyler kid you bet up."

[Tiffany]

Tiffany's eyes widened. So this was reason of the unnatural warmth in the room; it wasn't Roman's but Liam's instead. What a lucky day.
When she heard about Dante, she straightened up on her elbows on the bed, interested. After thinking for a minute, "That's good news." she said and lied back down. "I'll go and deal with them tomorrow." She looked at Liam who was watching her with a handsome- no, creepy wide grin, then she turned her back to him again with a "hmph." She had no idea how she was going to sleep with him in the room, but she was too lazy and stubborn to leave this comfortable bed.

[Liam]

" I'll take that as being o.k." Liam said taking his jacket off and pulling off his shirt. Liam then lied down next to Tiffany, and laid his head back against the pillow so he was now looking up at the ceiling. " So, you think it's a good thing that the strongest demon hunter this realm has ever seen is out hunting for you?" He asked, " You know you could probably use some help." He said feeling an angry glare coming from Tiffany.

" Look don't take it the wrong way." He added, " Even the best of us need the help, Dante has gotten on the bad side of us all, Roman must have told you he killed our grandfather."

Liam looked at Tiffany, hoping she wasn't offended by his offer.

[Tiffany]

Tiffany was silent for a while, her back still turned to Liam. Getting help in a battle (let alone her biggest battle ever) would be humiliating, she'd been preparing for this day for years after all, but she knew not to underestimate her enemies. Liam could have a point. "I know enough." She said. "After all he killed my mother too, I know he won't be a piece of cake now... Maybe I could use some support." She turned to Liam and immediately turned back again when she saw him half-naked with a quite nice body. "Maybe." She grunted with a blush.

[Liam]

Liam chuckled, " The offers there if you want to take it." Liam said with his hands now up behind his head. Unlike her needed them, he still took the covers and pulled them up to his chin before he rolled over to his side where he was now watching the back of Tiffany's neck wich was exposed now, from the way her hair fell while she was sleeping.

Liam shooked his own head and chuckled. He then gave out a yawn as he thought about his own day, nothing really came out of it surprisingly, he had just been in town studying up on the humans so he would blend in better.
