Chris is startled awake with an annoying buzzing sound. He looks over to his bedside table and sees his cellphone buzzing. Next to the cellphone, he looks at the time on his alarm clock. "Who would be calling me at 3:30 in the morning?" Chris thought, both annoyed and curious. He pulls back the soft covers slightly on his bed to roll over and grab his phone. The display reads "Claire". If it were not his sister calling him, he would have just ignored the call and went back to sleep, but fearing the worst, he answered. "Hello", Chris said groggily trying to be awake enough to keep a conversation. "Chris! I need help! Zombies ate my neighbors!" proclaimed Claire. In her voice, there was fear, desperation, and panic. "Zombies? What do you mean zombies ate your neighbors, your in Adrema, there are no infections in ..." Chris abruptly stopped talking as he heard the line disconnect. In fear, Chris dials her number back. While the line rings, he thinks back to how this all started. After he returned home from Africa after defeating Wesker and stopping the launch of Uroboros in Kijuju, Claire had decided to move to Africa for a 5 year peace mission to help families who had been affected by the infection. She had chosen Adrema, since it was close to Kijuju but had yet to have an infection reported. The line went dead after the 3rd ring. He tried her number again, but this time, he gets an automated message: "We're sorry, but the call cannot go through as dialed, please check the number and try again, 743". Chris sat up, trying to think of what he is to do. He pulled back the covers on his bed, revealing his well defined body. Rippling abs, defined pecs, and his biceps which he was so proud of. He got up and pulled on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and went to his kitchen to make a coffee. During his coffee, he called the BSAA headquarters, but they were not going to help out with this mission. The BSAA's resources are all used elsewhere and it could be weeks before they have the manpower to set up a mission. At this point, Chris made the decision to take matters into his own hands. One by one, Chris made calls to colleagues/friends that may help out in this mission to save his sister. Unfortunantly, Jill, Sheva and Josh were all on missions of their own and were not available to help him, but he did manage to get some new aquaintances to help him. Adrian, Raven, and Justice all agreed to help him out with this cause. Chris got the equipment he needed. Took his map of Adrema, which was hard to find, and the others would have to make a copy when they met up, his Hydra shotgun, H&K PSG1 Rifle, and his conbat gear. The plan is to meet his friends in North Africa and then travel down together to Adrema. He reminded his friends to take bug spray as they were to be in a rainforest (where Arema is located). First thing in the morning, He took a flight to North Africa, all the time wondering what his friends were doing to prepare and wondering if they would already be there when he landed.

Justice took a deep sigh as he got off the plane. He was deep in his thoughts, for him he really did have a lot to think about, before he had left he had got a very odd visitor who had heard tell of his mission, he had brushed it off, he was a wanted man back in Fortuna City, with his own expirmental - Training facility back home, he wasn't surprised to hear that his phones had been tapped. The strangeness however was the man's request. Before Justice had left, he had made a promise to him that if he brought back a sample of what he called the Uroboros back to him that all the trouble he has been in would surly be forgotten, something Justice was far too keen on.
He stepped out into the beating red hot sun, his weapons stuck to his side, today he packed a silver Magnum which held a fair amount of rounds, and a silver dagger which he kept in the inside pocket of his leather jacket, something that he had suddenly wished he never worn. He decided to wear a pair of boots on his feet today, comfortable, yet effective when the time would come where he wouldn't be able to use his weapons and have to use hand to hand combat against these creatures him and the rest of the group would have to fight against.
He wondered suddenly, what the others would be like, he hoped that they would be able to prove to be strong and skilled fighters, he would hate to lose anyone in this mission.

As Chris debarked the airplane, he took a moment to take in his surroundings. People hustling in lines in and out of airplanes and the airport Building. The building itself was a large, tall, glass panelled building which seemed to have 3 floors with cathedral height ceilings. Walking through the line, panic and fear overtook Chris as he wondered if his sister Claire was allright. He took out his cellphone and dialed her number for what must be the 100th time by now. Still not in service. He was beginning to think he should give up trying to get her on the phone. Inside the Airport, it was a busy beehive of passengers, crew and support staff. Security posted at nearly ever doorway that exits the building, scanning passengers for illegal items. Chris found his way to the directory and started searching for somewhere to get a Jeep. "Mulo Rentals..." Chris mumbled to himself trying to figure out where this place is. Being unfamiliar with the area, Chris knew it would take him longer than anticipated to get prepared for the necessary equipment he couldn't take from home. As Chris got his bags and proceeded to the exit, he was stopped by security. They had questions about the weapons in his bag. 'This is the last thing I need right now', Chris thought to himself as he orderly followed the security guards for questioning. The questioning room was small, sterile white and had only 2 chairs, one table, and one light. Other than the door, there was only a 2 way mirror to break the monotony of white covering the room. "We've scanned your bags and found weapons hidden inside, do you mind explaining to us why you have them with you?", said one guard. His voice sounded bored, like when you work a boring job that you don't really care about, for a really long time. The guard just sat in the chair and started to stare at Chris. Chris shifted his position in the chair, and told him the truth. "I got a distress call from my sister, and i'm on my way to rescue her. I believe her captors to be hostile, and need weapons for self-defense purposes only", Chris said firmly and abruptly. Usually, Chris would find a way out of explaining himself, but he wanted to get out of here, and fast. "We're gonna have to put you in a cell until we can get an officer here to investigate this situation. I dont know how you got this far without those weapons being detected, but this is a serious offense", said the guard. Chris was not overly shocked at this, but was upset all the same. This type of situation was not new to Chris, as he was held at least 7 times already for the exact same act. As Chris sat in his holding cell, he hoped that someone would be able to help him. As the hours passed, he met with the investigator, and was told he would have to stay for now until the investigation is finished. They wanted to check his story to see if he was telling the truth. As the sun went down, his cell became dark and eerie. Strange sounds in the night prevented him from sleeping properly. At about 1am, he heard the grinding of the lock, followed by the creeking of the door handle. A man in a suit, presumably one of the office workers, let him know he was free to go. They had looked at his phone records and saw his story checked out. "Your friend is also around the corner for you", he said. He then abruptly turned around and walked away. Chris peered around the corner of his door to see a friendly face!

Peering round the corner Raven smiled, thinking how rediculous it was to have all these rules in place to stop good citizens from protecting their people. "Major Glass dropped me off with a platoon mobilising to the south of here, they are sending one squad north-west so I managed to get us on their transport." Dropping the bag of guns at his feet she looked Chris over "Ready to go? how many of us are there?" Her sunglasses glinted in the low light of the cell block, still nestled in her thick locks pinning her dark mane in place. Her glock nestled in its usual place with 10 spare clips in her support pack, her uncle, the general had called in a favour to Major Glass before they shipped out and asked for her to be kitted out with the latest body armour and a good set of weapons. The shirt she had on was a new technology kevlar, ultra thin and flexible, the Major had ordered a spare AR-15 and 1000 rounds, these two weapons along with her trusty bowie were all she needed for the ride. Winking at the guard as she led Chris out to the lobby where she saw another man waiting.

Chris smiled as he seen Raven. A friendly face in a place such as this is hard to come by.
"I hope those soldiers are the best they got. I'd hate to see any of them get hurt, or killed", Chris told Raven. He hoped the seriousness he put in his voice emphasised how dangerous this could really be.
Chris collected his bags that had been left for him by the last guard that led him into this hallway. He quickly checked the contents to make sure nothing was missing.
"Justice should be here by now, lets go check the lobby to see if he's arrived yet", Chris suggested.

Justice stepped into the lobby, his weapons close by his side made him feel a bit more confident about the endevour he was now on. He slipped his hand into his pocket and searched around for his sunglasses case which instead of protecting his glasses ( Which he was wearing) instead protected a glass vile that was soon, hopefully going to hold remeninsce of DNA from the Uroboros.
Justice sighed, usually he would have just bought off the law by now, however this time it was something he seemed to not be able to do. He shrugged, he would have to deal with it though, sometimes you had to go against your own personal morals do get things done, today was just one of those days.
Justice quickly took his hand out of his pocket and looked in the direction where he heard footsteps. He watched closely and seen two faces emerge with him in the lobby. Justice straightened flashing a polite smile at the duo approaching him, it wasn't hard to tell it they would be who he was partnered up with, they screamed military just by the looks of them. This fact making Justice just a tad bit more uncomfortable.

A smile crept across Ravens lips as her eyes met those of the man in the lobby. He seemed nervous, probably for the best. Anyone on this kind of mission who wasnt at least a little nervous didnt have any place being there, overconfidence often proved the downfall of even the highly trained.
Turning away from the men for a moment she spoke to the unit commander "Just 3 for now, might be some reinforcements when we get up there but it remains to be seen" Another soldier handed her a card which would later open a locker at the drop-off, the contents of which should be a couple of days field rations minimum. Slipping it into her breast pocket she thanked him and returned to the men waiting for the order to move out. "Chopper should be here in 10, you both got everything?"

Chris looked at Raven with renewed respect. He had underestimated how fully prepared Raven would come. "I have everything I need. Although I would like to show you this map, to get more familiar with our target location. I managed to find floormaps of the building, and any other shelter within range marked". Chris handed the map to Raven to look over, in case any of this information may help her, or her reinforcements. "You ready Justice?" Chris said as he looked over to Justice.

Justice greeted his would be partners with a nod, " Nice to meet you in person." He smiled at Chris and then looked upon Raven, his first thought was worry, does she know what we're up against he wondered, " And you must be Raven." He flashed her a warm smile as well. He would freely admit, it was an odd gesture in a time like this, to smile, but the rest of this mission would likely be a cold one once they got to the creatures out there, so they would be better off getting trivial things like smiling out of the way now, there would be none on the battlefield.
" I'm as ready as I'll ever be Mr. Redfield." Justice nodded once again, this time thinking more vividly about the dangers that awaited them on this endevour, he had fought many creatures in his lifetime, however what he heard about the zombies of Africa, some would even go so far as to saying that they weren't even zombies at all, majinies had been the name for them. Anyhow, they were far more evolved. Records he had researched showed that they were far more advanced than your typical everyday zombie, they had an unitelligent thought process for one, secondly they knew how to wield weapons, and foremost, they were more dangerous as they could even keep the knowledge and some of the skills they had from their human lives.
Sure enough the zombies in Africa wouldn't make good housewives, doctors, or lawyers, but they made for an excellent weapon, one in which held very dangerous capabilities. Another dangerous thing about zombies, or majinies, whatever they were called was that they were like a dog with rabies to a human, one bite, and you were infected. And one thing Justice would make sure of on this mission was that he was not going to allow himself to get infected.

Poring over the map, Raven noted the co-ordinates and a large clearing around 2 miles south. Taking it to the commander she requested the dropoff to allow them clearance for the flightplan registration. "Gentlemen we're all good" she stated as she returned the map to Chris. "We're dropping here" indicating the location on the map so that they could both see "Its 2 miles through woodland but looks simple enough, terrain might not be totally forgiving but once we break the mile mark it flattens out, Questions, comments?"
Her eyes sparkled at the thought of the mission, a tiny amount of fear welled in her belly but that only served to heighten her senses and pump a little more adrenaline into her system. The chopper was fueled up and ready to go, the unit were already loaded up. Tugging her backpack off the floor and checking its contents one final time she smiled softly at the men. "I'm ready, Lets do this"

Chris motioned to his comrades to board the transport. This was not going to be an easy trip but he hoped his friends would make it out allright.
"I'll need you two to take these" Chris said as he handed out what appeared to be vials of some green liquid. "Do not use them unless instructed to. This is very important" Chris told them as the transport started to move. He strapped himself in and watched out the window as the last view of civilization dissapeared into the horizon.

Justice grabbed the vial of green liquid that was held in the vile. He held it up in front of him so that he could examine it and then he shoved it gently into the breast pocket of the shirt he wore under his jacket.
" What is it?" He asked Chris, he wasn't into taking anything he had no information about, " If you don't mind me asking." He added, Chris afterall on this adventure was his leader, so he would attempt to remain his usual polite demenour. It was the least he could do, afterall he would be forced to betray them both soon.
With this though, Justice's hand travelled down to his other pocket, he felt around for the glasses case to reassure himself it was still in there, almost as though he was reassuring himself that some kind of magical treasure he had just found was not taken away from him. He felt it, and took a deep sigh, content and relieved find the box still there.
Then he looked back up at Chris, awaiting his answer.

Raven took the vial from Chris and shot a glance through the thin glass container housing the thick, gross looking green liquid. Sighing silently she knew this was not going to end particularly well, when someone hands you a mystery liquid and says "Don't use this til I tell you" it rarely ends with hugs and puppies, not that she had seen a puppy in forever but the point stands. Figuring it better to shut the hell up and let the boys do the talking she slid the vial into a pocket on the inside of her pack.
The ride was a little rough and although she was used to travelling by transport she still felt a little sick, maybe it was apprehension at the thought of what they were going to find when they got out to the farm.

When the transport stopped, it was a gloomy sight to look at. It was dark; not because it was night; but because the clouds were so thick it made it look like twilight in the middle of the day. The streets were deserted, and houses looked like no one had lived in them for decades. Chris pulled out his address book and found Claire's address: 16 Blackberry Ln. He then pulled out the map of the area looking for this Blackberry Ln. Once he found it, he started looking at the map in a seemingly random location in the forest and marked a red circle on it.
"Were going to check out Claire's place here" Chris said as he motioned to the place on Blackberry Ln. "Chances are she's not here, so then were going to check out this area" He continued as he motioned to the spot in the woods where he circled. "From this point on, keep your weapons ready and loaded, stay on full alert at all times. If something looks a little out of the ordinary, alert everyone. No being a hero, we need each other to survive. Now that were here, I need to fill you in a little bit about this area. I have been here before. This is where the Uroboros virus was first tested. Albert thought he had eradicated all evidence of this virus but aparently he has not." Chris looked at Raven and Justice to make sure they were following along.

Justice reached for his gun and pulled it out. His arms stretched out in front of him while the barrel acted as though it was an extension of himself. This magmum had seen the faces of a lot of people who had crossed Justice's path, none in the good way.
Owning a shop, Justice had found that he had to deal more than the average person with the theives who did nothing for their own lives, who's only mean of support for themselves were to steal from those who had worked all there lives, Justices' only way of fighting back was to purchase a gun. Something he only used when he absolutely had to.
Listening, Justice gave a nod, he had swept the empty vial to the back of his mind. He eyed Chris and Raven, his eyes lingering on the later a little longer. Wondering if his commrads would have what it took to face the oncoming dangers that awaited.
