Starting July 20th, 2010, there will be a couple of rules for creating a new character- this rule will involve special abilities. This will not affect exsisting members, but those who come to us as new members will need to apply for their special abilities, these will need to be approved before the member can add them to the biography.
This will cut back on the " Unbeatable Characters" you know, the ones that realistically you can't beat at all cause their powers kick your butt in a second.
I will thank you for your cooperation in affect, and will expect everyone and anyone to participate in this. Anyone who's special abilities have not been approved and have been placed in their bio's will not be allowed to participate until the ability has been approved.
